Dosa batter or Idli batter: 2 cups
Onion(medium): 1/4 cup
Carrot: 1 (grated)
Ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves: 5-6 sprigs ( chopped)
1. Add chopped onion, carrot, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves to dosa batter.
2. Heat the Paddu Pan.
3. Add few drops of oil into each mold.
4. Pour a scoop of batter in each mold and cook for few mins.
5. Flip and cook on the other side till light golden brown in color. do not overcook as they turn crispy and harder after a while.
6. Serve with chutney.
