Jeera Rice

                        Basmati Rice: 1 cup
                        Water: 1 1/2 cup
                        Peas: 2-3 tbspn
                        Cumin seeds(Jeera): 1 tspn
                        Cinnamon: 1 inch piece
                        Cardomom: 2
                        Cloves: 3
                        Green chilli: 2 ( chopped)
                        Mint leaves: handful ( chopped)
                        Coriander leaves: 5-6 strands ( chopped)
                        Salt ot taste
                 1. Heat oil in a cooker, add cinnamon, cardomom, cloves.   
                 2. Add Jeera, mint leaves, green chilli, peas and coriander leaves. fry for a min.
                 3. Add rice and fry for a min.
                 4. Add water and close the lid.
                 5. cook till done.
                 6. Serve with dal or curry.
