Banana Nut Bread

                        Maida: 1 cup
                        Wheat flour: 1 cup
                        Fully riped Banana: 3
                        Eggs: 3
                        Oil or butter: 1/2 cup
                        Sugar: 3/4 cup
                        Vanilla essence: 1 tspn
                        Walnut or Pecans or almond: 1/2 cup ( coarsely powdered)
                        Baking Powder: 1/4 tspn
                   1. Preheat oven to 360 F. Grease the cake pan or loaf pan and set aside.
                   2. In a bowl, mash bananas.
                   3. Add remaining  ingredients to bowl and beat well.

                   4. Pour the batter into pan and bake for  about 15 mins at 360 F and then reduce to 300 F and bake until done.
                   5. Remove and let it cool.
